We have partnered with Roof Above!
They will be leading the Homelessness Project and joining us on Project NC. Roof Above is a Charlotte-based nonprofit on a mission to unite the community to end homelessness, one life at a time. Roof Above serves around 1,200 people every day in various services ranging from street outreach, day services, emergency shelter, and permanent supportive housing.
Roof Above was born from a merger between two prominent Charlotte organizations, Men's Shelter of Charlotte and Urban Ministry Center. Together, they combined resources and talents to address and end homelessness in Charlotte.
Homelessness Project
In the world, 150 million, In the United States, over 580,000, and In Charlotte, NC, over 3,000 people are experiencing homelessness.
This project is dedicated to lowering and, one day, even ending those numbers.
Together we can address homelessness and move the needle toward ending this crisis.
